Hi,

I think that you refer to H1-H6 for Cobalt Sections. Click on "H1-H6 Edit" button, from Seo Manage Meta Tags page and you can add text "before" H1 and select "Only first 1 matches" if you want to add text only before first H1 from page, or you can select "Only first All matches" if you want to add text before all H1 tags from page.
